To be considered a Certified Grass Nerd,
the Nerd must:
-
Complete & pass Grass Nerds University. A rigorous, 6 week study of grass types, weeds, & disease that has continuing education classes each & every week

Understand proper watering & irrigation controls

Have a State issued Pesticide license with a minimum of 15 hours of continual education classes per year

Be proficient at the mobile technology

Be able to offer and perform yearly Lawn & Shrub programs

Create at least 1 new innovative idea per year

Perform a clear & concise lawn & shrub analysis

Take a soil sample, analyze it & be able to clearly communicate to the client what may need to be done to enhance their lawn

Smile, be friendly & enjoy each day
